Chef Matthew prepared a wonderful meal for us last Christmas.
It was my father-in-law's 65th birthday so a lot of family was in town. I knew I didn't have time to make a special meal so I contacted Chef Mathew and he started sending me menu ideas right a away. My family is picky and has some special dietary needs but he accommodated everyone. The food was delicious and I didn't have to lift a finger except to open the door!
