I want to take a moment to truly thank you for the superb dinner service that you provided for my husband's birthday. It was definitely one of the  highlights of our trip and we could not stop talking about how great the food was! Every thing was just perfect... from the table setting, to the timing between courses, the presentation of each course and the quality and flavor profile of the meal. We were happy to have some food left over and it was just as enjoyable the day after. The next time we are in Las Vegas, we will definitely contact you for another dinner service. You are truly a talented chef and I am so grateful to have had an opportunity to experience your craft.
