Turkey Chili Basil
Servings: 4
1 pkg ground turkey 1¼ lbs (93% lean)
1 onion finely minced
1 whole head of garlic finely chopped
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
½ of a red & green bell pepper sliced
2 serrano chile's, fine dice
2 tbsp black soy
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp shrimp sauce
½ of a tsp chicken base
1 tbsp cane vinegar
¼ cup water
1 cup fresh basil finely chopped
Sautee vegetables first till aromatic then add turkey. Continue to saute until three quarters of the way cooked. Add basil and stir till wilted. Pour in sauce and mix until sauce is fully incorporated then serve.
