Chinese Style Noodle With Chicken
Servings: 4
1 package of your favorite oriental style noodle
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, small dice
4 baby bok choy
2 carrots, peeled, sliced, blanched, and set aside
4 celery stalks cut on a bias
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 whole fresh head of garlic finely minced
1 bunch of kale stem removed and blanched in salted water then set aside
1 whole onion halved then sliced
About 2 handful's of green beans ends removed blanched in salted water then set aside
FOR SAUCE
½ of a cup (lucky boy brand) mushroom soy sauce
¼ tsp crab paste
1 tsp Xo sauce
1 tsp black bean paste
2 tbsp Kim chee base
2 tbsp tamarind concentrate
1 cup of water
Follow instructions for noodles on label. Heat a large pan and coat with sesame oil. Add vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Cook until aromatic and then add chicken. Try to get a nice color of brown on the chicken. Add the drained and dry noodles. Let the noodles cook for awhile then add the sauce. Fully incorporate the sauce and heat through and serve.
